All drone flights are dependent upon meeting all FAA safety requirements including, but not limited to, unsafe weather conditions, FAA TFR's ( Temporary Flight Restrictions ) or any other restriction that may be present on the day of the proposed flight. If ShoreDrones is unable to fulfill its obligation due to conditions beyond our control, either an alternate date will be agreed upon or all money will be retuned with no further obligation.
